We hope the following information will help you become more familiar with our organization and answer any questions you may have regarding hockey or how you can get started. Our organization serves youth (boys and girls) in the Brookfield, Elm Grove, Menomonee Falls, Sussex, and Wauwatosa area school districts as well as residents of Milwaukee living south of Capitol Dr., west of 60th St., and north of I-94. For detailed information on our program, please visit our Eagles Programs Overview Page.

The registration deadline is July 31st. Registration fees are due upon registration and must be received for players to participate in evaluations in September.

** New members may still register online after July 31st; however, you are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible so EYHA can identify sufficient ice needs.

2023-2024 Teams (both COED & Girls Only) are formed based on the following birth years:

  • 14U Bantam: 2009/2010 birth years
  • 12U Pee Wee: 2011/2012 birth years
  • 10U Squirt: 2013/2014 birth years
  • 8U Mite: 2015/2016 birth years (Skaters should have completed at least 1 year of in-house prior to participating at this level)
  • 6U In-House: 2017/2018 and younger birth years (Skaters should have successfully completed Learn to Play prior to participating at this level)
  • Learn-to-Play: For kids age 4-8 with limited skating ability

8U Mite teams will compete in games and tournaments against other programs consistent with USA Hockey’s Red, White, and Blue (RWB) model. The 6U In-House teams will play "In House" and typically not travel or play against other programs.

Skaters whose skills are not yet at their respective age group level (i.e., 10U Squirt and 8U Mite age groups) may participate as 6U In-House or Learn-to-Play to develop the fundamental skills of skating. This is common for kids in this age group that have not skated much or are just learning. It is preferred that incoming skaters successfully complete or be in the process of completing a Learn to Play Program (Hockey 3/4) at one of the area hockey associations (Ponds of Brookfield, Pettit National Ice Center, Eble, NagaWaukee, Mullet Ice Center) prior to the start of the 6U In-House season.
