Would you like to lower your ice fees?
EYHA Wreath sales can help with that. 
A percentage of your wreath sales will go back to you and lower your ice fees. 

Order forms are available at The Ponds. 

All Orders and payment are due to Kathleen Voss by October 25. 
You can give your order & payment to your team manager or place it the back room 
“Wreath” folder.
Checks only, no cash 
Please make checks out to EYHA.

Wreath pick up will be Friday, November 15 4-6pm at The Ponds.
All items must be picked up by 6:00. EYHA and/or The Ponds are not responsible for items left after 6pm.

We also have a direct ship order form for friends and family that live out of town. Please make sure you fill out the back of the direct ship order form completely so they will receive their order.
