The time is drawing near for wreath pick up, next Friday, November 15th is the day!  Thank you for your orders and we’re excited that we had a 50% increase in total items ordered this year compared to 2018.  With the significant increase in items ordered we will need many hands to help unloading the truck and organizing each order to make the pick-up go smoothly.  This is an excellent opportunity to get your volunteer credits (this qualifies for Dibs).  We estimate needing at least 8-10 people to help unload the truck and 8-10 people to help sort and organize each order, 3 people to help families get their order.  The work is not difficult at all, but with the sheer volume of product ordered the more help we have the smoother the pick-up process will be.

5 credits- 11:00-4:00 help unload truck ( 10 spots available)

5 credits- 11:00-4:00 sort wreaths into orders ( 10 spots available)

2 credits-  4:00-6:00 help distribute orders to families ( 3 spots available)

Here's what to expect on Friday:

1. Be to the Ponds by 11am; the truck is estimated to be at the Ponds by 11am to drop off the product
2. Unload the truck
3. Separate product for each order
4. 4pm-6pm: Wreath pick up

What to wear:

1. Warm clothes and hat
2. Sturdy gloves
3. A scissors or knife to help cut rope/twine
