It is time to register for the 2018-2019 Season!

Please remember you must register every player with USA Hockey every year before you can proceed with EYHA registration.

Deadline to Register is July 15, 2018 to avoid late fees

Registration fees are due by July 31, 2018.

You may pay online through registration, send a check to EYHA. P.O Box 2094, Brookfield, WI 53008 or pay at Eagle Days.

* Families interested in Wolves Association please read below.

New this year, WAHA has approved a pilot program for girls to be double rostered for the Wolves and their co-ed organization. If you are going to DUAL ROSTER your child, you must pick a primary team ( either Wolves or EYHA) What does this mean? Your primary team is the team that you must play for in all conference games, play downs, tournaments, etc...More information will be forthcoming but if you have questions, feel free to contact Chuck Schuster, VP On-Ice at charles.schuster7@gmail.com

If you are ONLY going to Roster you child on the WOLVES, you will register online with EYHA at specific age level and you must notify the treasure, Mike Croasdaile elmbrookhockeytreasurer@gmail.com  that you will be playing for the wolves organization only immediately after you complete registration. EYHA will transfer your registration to the Wolves. The registration fee is still due to EYHA on or before July 31, 2018.
