Fundraising
Fundraising is an integral component for Elmbrook Youth Hockey Association. We rely on fundraising to cover costs of new equipment, non-parent coaches, skills sessions, administrative costs, operational costs, and a myriad of other costs. Throughout the hockey season, we will offer fundraising opportunities that benefit the association and fundraising opportunities that directly benefit your family. As the fundraising opportunities become available we will list them here in the Fundraising tab.
- Pick Your Trip Raffle - The annual raffle drawing will be in March during the State Tournament hosted by EYHA at The Ponds of Brookfield.

WREATH FUNDRAISER
Hockey is expensive. What can you do to offset the cost? Families sell wreaths at their suggested retail price and only pay the cost of the items sold. The difference is yours to keep - no credits are applied to your account. The margin on most items are 30% or more.
Order forms will be available from your Team Manager once the sale is LIVE in Fall.
- We will send out amount due totals (which is based on the price Noble Valley charges EYHA, not retail price) and then please bring a check for that amount for pick-up.
Offered again this year is the Direct Ship option for our out of town friends. These wreaths will ship directly from the Noble Valley Farms warehouse the week before Thanksgiving.
- Delivery takes 1-4 days depending on the shipping address.
- You must use the Direct Ship order form.
- Please make sure the back of the form is filled out completely to make sure orders get delivered.
This fundraiser allows you to earn money toward your ice fees, and does not fulfill the organization's fundraising requirement.
SCRIP
Lower your ice fees with Scrip! This fall, we implemented a Scrip program, using Great Lakes Scrip. This is a rebate program. For example, if you purchase a $100 gift card, with a 4% rebate, $4 goes to your family scrip account. These rebates will collect over the calendar year and credits will be issued on your season end statement.

Colectivo Coffee
The Colectivo Coffee fundraiser is here! Orders forms are available from your Team Manager once the fundraiser is LIVE in Fall.
The Colectivo Coffee Fundraiser earns money that goes back to individual families for ice fees.
- Please DO NOT include payment with your order form.
- We will notify you of your total due after orders are placed and before pick-up.
This fundraiser allows you to earn money toward your ice fees, and does not fulfill the organization's fundraising requirement.
